The outbuilding is a completely standalone annex of Haus am Walde, offering maximum privacy and independence. This spacious building contains two fully equipped apartments – Residence 1 and Residence 2 – each with its own private entrance, living kitchen, and modern bathrooms.

You can book one apartment separately or rent the entire outbuilding for larger groups or multiple families. With a total capacity of 14 guests, it is ideal for family reunions, friends travelling together or anyone who values their own space while staying close to the slopes. Both apartments are modern, bright and comfortably furnished, and you are only 200 metres from the ski lifts and a short walk from the centre of Winterberg.
